I am 2nd generation mixed Japanese American, 2nd generation gay.

I bring their values of gentleness, creativity, attentiveness, and slowing down into somatic work and play. I love to dance and sing in community, not for performance, for a healing huddle.

Mexican baile folklorico, Black gospel music and disability justice informs what I envision as possible in collective healing. I seek to be accountable to those who have shared their practices and lives with me.

I love to resource people who are working for healing justice. My hope is to help folks move more in touch with their emotions, environment, and needs.

To lose track of time and stress, I play volleyball, make up silly little songs, and hang with my niblings. I am living on Dakota and Anishinaabe land in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.
