Bio

Maya Mineoi, 三根生 真矢, MA, LPCC is a somatic therapist and educator. They are trained in Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems and center queer and trans clients of color. They use psychosomatic theories, movement, and grounding practices to help each nervous system embody presence.

As an Insight Meditation and Experiential Anatomy practitioner, they encourage individuals and collectives to tap into the wealth of information in each bodymind. With play and gentleness, participants will attune themselves to their surroundings and their needs for freedom, connection, and rest.
